I'm interested in this, though i've never attended a tournament or played any official game in my life.
What are the restrictions or requirements? Does it cost anything to play?

I do have the time to attend, so even if you chose to go without me I might still visit

I"m sorry but I have to back out because of the costs, I'm currently without a job and though I could still afford the train ticket, 40 euro's would be a big drain on my budget.
